Returns and Exchanges:We do offer refunds and exchanges. Please be sure to contact us within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All returns must have prior approval before being returned to us.
Our Mistake (everyone makes them):
A prepaid/return label and address for shipment will be supplied if it is our mistake. The return shipping cost is paid by us if it is our mistake. Please note that we do not pay for overnight shipping for replacement items even if it is our error.
Your Mistake (oops):
The return shipping will be paid by customer if it is your mistake or you have decided to return the merchandise. Your refund will also not include the original shipping charge you pay all shipping charges in both directions.
A refund or exchange will not be made until the original product and original packaging is received back to us and inspected for damages. If any portion of an item has been installed or is missing, this policy no longer applies and no exchange or refund will be made. It is up to the manufacturer to determine if there is a warranty issue and this process may take additional time.
The return/exchange process may take up to 30 days to complete but we will try to complete this as soon as possible.
Please inspect all items for damage before starting to install the item. Please notify us of damage as soon as possible and we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible. We do not ship overnight. The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement will be shipped.
If an item has been returned to us because you have supplied an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for all shipping charges in both directions and this will not be refunded.
If you choose for us to ship by First Class Mail (where there is no delivery confirmation) and you have chosen not to pay for Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, then we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
